Welcome to Blab. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Blab.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use Blab.

2. Your account

You sign in with Google. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login secure. You agree to provide accurate profile information.

3. Community rules

Blab is meant to be a friendly place. You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, impersonate, or harm others.
• Post hateful, sexually explicit, or illegal content.
• Send spam, scams, or unsolicited commercial messages.
• Use the app if you are under 18, or misrepresent your age.

We may remove content, suspend, or ban accounts that break these rules.

4. Content you share

You keep ownership of the content you post (photos, messages, profile details). You grant us a limited licence to host and display it so we can operate the Service. You are responsible for the content you share.

5. Location

Blab shows only an approximate location (±~10 km) to protect everyone's privacy. Do not attempt to determine or reveal anyone's precise location.

6. Blab Plus

Blab Plus is a paid subscription. Purchases are handled by the app store (Google Play) and managed via our payments provider. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in the app store. Refunds follow the app store's policy.

7. Termination

You can stop using Blab or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you violate these Terms.

8. Disclaimers

Blab is provided "as is". We do not guarantee matches, conversations, or that other users will behave appropriately. Use common sense and stay safe when meeting people.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Blab is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the Service.
