Delete your account

You can request the deletion of your Blab account and the personal data associated with it at any time. Below is how to do it and what gets removed.

How to delete your account

Send us a deletion request from the email address linked to your Blab (Google) account. We verify ownership and delete your account for you:

Email a deletion request

We process deletion requests within 7 days.

Steps

1. Tap the button above (or email hello@blab.app) from the Google email address you use to sign in to Blab.
2. Use the subject line "Delete my Blab account".
3. We confirm the request and permanently delete your account and data.

An in-app "Delete account" option is being added in a future update.

What we delete

• Your profile (name, age, gender, city, bio, interests).
• Your uploaded photos.
• Your matches, chat requests, messages, Pub activity, reactions, and gifts.
• Your approximate location and device push token.

What may be kept

• Purchase records required for tax/accounting (kept by the app store and our payments provider, per their policies).
• Data we must retain to comply with legal obligations or to prevent abuse/fraud.

Subscriptions

Deleting your Blab account does not automatically cancel a Blab Plus subscription. Cancel it in Google Play → Subscriptions to stop future charges.
